Img2Sound
Live browser route for Img2Sound, with direct image upload, sound-to-image reverse generation, spectral rendering, and downloadable audio plus sequence export.
Live build
Browser studio
Upload an image, render it through the on-site synth, compare reruns, or start from sound and generate an image first. This is the working browser build, not just the dossier.
Browser instrument
Image-to-sound with arrangement, sequencing, and playable stems
This browser build now treats the image like source material for loops, one-shots, and cue sketches. You can drive tile sequencing or saliency-led phrases, lock the output to a key and progression, then remix, regenerate, and export the result as stems, MIDI, and note-grid data.
Explore variations and extrasA few playful variations live here. Switch to Pro for the full lab.
Core setup
Keep the main decisions simple here. The deeper timing and harmony tools are tucked just below.
Simple mode keeps timing, harmony, layer splits, and batch generation tucked away.
Simple mode keeps the path short. Use the explore drawer for quick variation, or switch to Pro for the full lab.
Upload an image to preview the source surface before synthesis.
Quick path
- Load an image here or create one from sound in Reverse Lab.
- Choose one flavor preset, then adjust just 2 or 3 macro sliders.
- Press Generate mix when the source and preset feel right.
- Use the explore drawer only when you want variation or batch ideas.

Advanced panel
Raw engine controls, seed locking, deeper preprocessing, and direct parameter overrides stay in Pro mode so Simple mode can remain focused.

Compare, audition, and export
Each render keeps a protected main mix plus remixable stem exports, so you can compare the last two passes, rebalance layers, regenerate one stem at a time, and download WAV, MIDI, and note-grid data directly from the page.
Generate a render to unlock waveform, spectrum, stems, compare, and sequence export.
